COCO&tashi wants you to be satisfied.
Please return any item/s within 4 days from the received date by obtaining a Return Authorization No. from one of our Sales Representatives.
Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise are non-refundable.
We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer.
Please allow up to three weeks for processing.
An exchange will be sent or a store credit will be applied towards your next Invoice upon receipt of item/s returned if same item is unavailable.
