What happens after I have placed my order?
Upon placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. A member of our Customer Service Team will then check your order and the delivery information to make sure that everything is correct. From there your goods will be packed, and sent out from our warehouse. In-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours.
How can I resolve a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order or the merchandise themselves, please contact us right away.
Why am I not receiving any email confirmations?
If you are confident that you have entered your email address correctly then it may be your junk mail filter that is not accepting our email address. Some web-based email services, such as Yahoo, Google, and Hotmail block emails from unknown senders. Firstly, check your junk mail folder. You may also need to add us to your address book to ensure our emails get through your inbox.
How can I ask a question about placing an order?

What is a back order (pre-order)?
Styles that are in production which can be placed in reservation and are shipped once the items are ready.
When is it shipped?
Once you receive the email and have placed orders online or by phone it should take approximately two to three weeks before it is shipped out.
How many pieces are there in a pack?
Our typical pre-pack consist of 7 pieces, 2 small, 2 medium, 2 large and 1 Xlarge. The packs can not be broken and cannot be sold separately.
When will my Credit Card be charged?
Your Credit Card will not be charged when you place orders for back order (pre-order). Your Credit Card will only get charged when we have you have items ready to ship for example in-stock merchandise and back order (pre order) merchandise that are not ready to ship.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
When you place orders online the minimum purchase amount is $800. Orders less then 800 dollars will not be processed.
What should I do if I have a damaged item?
When an item is damaged please let us know as soon as possible so you can return the item so we can exchange it ASAP.
