Stated below are COCO & tashi return policies. Please carefully read below.

No Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you

All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Damage/defect claims made after 5 days receipt will not be honored. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

  • All sales are final and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.
  • No cancellations are accepted after the shipment of orders.
  • Shipping costs for all return items must be paid by customer.
  • All returns must include a RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us for a RA#. Returns without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to sender.
  • All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.  Damage/defect claims made after 5 days receipt will not be honored.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for items returned without original packaging.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for shipped orders refused or unaccepted by the customer. Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
